The terms and conditions below govern your access to and use of the PuraSkin Total Acne Solution (‘PuraSkin’) website and purchase of any of the products that we offer.
When using the PuraSkin website or purchasing a PuraSkin product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
PuraSkin is owned and operated by SN3 Pty Ltd (ACN 46 097 045 273), a Sue Ismiel & Daughters Company.
1. Registration
1.1. To order a PuraSkin product online, you must first register your contact details. You agree to provide current and accurate information. It is important that the details entered are correct as this is how we will contact you about your order.
1.2. Registration will provide you with a login and password. You can use this login and password to order products, review your account and update your contact details.
1.3. If you forget your password, click on “I forgot my password” and we will send a new password to your email address.
1.4. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. If there is any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account, please contact us. immediately.
2. Orders & Delivery
2.1. All orders become accepted once a confirmation email has been sent to your nominated email address.
2.2. All products are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
2.3. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of PuraSkin products (subject to stock availability). We will contact you if there is an excessive delay.
3. Pricing
3.1. All orders are charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch.
3.2. All prices include GST .
3.3. All prices exclude postage and handling charges.
3.4. All prices, products and offers are correct at the time of online publication and are subject to change without notice.
4. PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Value Plan
4.1. Upon first purchase of the PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Kit, you will automatically become a member of the PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Value Plan (‘Value Plan’).
4.2. Membership of the Value Plan is free.
4.3. Every 60 days, a new supply of the PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Kit will be automatically delivered to your door.
4.4. Your first payment will be for postage and handling only. Your nominated credit card will be debited for this amount at the time of dispatch.
4.5. After the first payment, your nominated credit card will be debited with the special Value Plan price in two instalments (once every 30 days) to cover the cost of your ongoing supply of PuraSkin Total Acne Solution.
4.6 . Once every 60 days, your nominated credit card will also be debited for the cost of postage and handling.
4.7. There is no minimum number of deliveries and you may hold or cancel your Value Plan membership at any time by contacting us.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1. If you are unsatisfied with your FIRST delivery of the PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Kit, contact us within 60 days of invoice date for a return authority. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and once received the full purchase price (less postage and handling) will be refunded to your credit card.
5.2. If you receive damaged product(s), contact us for a return authority and then return the damaged goods in their original packaging. Once received, we will send you replacement product(s).
5.3. If you do not receive your order or items are missing, please contact us.
6. Warranties
6.1. PuraSkin does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server(s) that make the website available is or are free from viruses or other harmful components.
6.2. PuraSkin does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of materials in the website in terms of their correctness, accuracy or reliability.
6.3. PuraSkin does not seek to exclude conditions and warranties implied by law that cannot be excluded.

7.1. PuraSkin values our customers’ privacy and complies strictly with our privacy policy.
